We realize pay is the most visible portion of an employee's compensation package. Wrayco's pay structure is designed to attract, retain, and motivate the best employees in the area that can help us maintain our status as a world-class fabricator.
Vacation

Benefits
Retirement
Wrayco offers all it's employees the oppurtunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan that allows you to save money on a pre-tax basis and allows you to choose how to invest your savings in several different funds. Wrayco also matches 30% of employee contributions on up to 6% of their weekly paycheck. So if an employee made $900 pre-tax in a week and elected to contibute 6% ($54) of his or her paycheck every week Wrayco would contribute $16.20 to that employees account. So you are making a 30% return on your money every week!
Extensive Healthcare Coverage
Wrayco offers it's employees a variety of options when it comes to healthcare coverage. Employees can choose to contribute to a Health Savings Account which allows employees to contribute pre-tax money to a savings account to pay for medical expenses (http://www.hsacenter.com/). Employees can also choose a more traditional healthcare coverage. Our carrier offers comprehensive and affordable coverage through a network of physicians, hospitals, and other providers for our employees and their families.
Dental Coverage
Wrayco provides all it's employees with dental coverage at no cost to the employee. Now that's something to smile about!
Shifts
At Wrayco we understand that many of today's families are dual income and childcare is a major expense for any family regardless of income. With that in mind we have designed our shifts to give our employees flexibility in their work schedule and perhaps an oppurtunity to save on child care costs by offering most positions a 4 day weekday or a 3 day weekend shift.
Four Day Weekday shift
The four day weekday shift has both a day and night shift with the day shift running Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and the night shift running Monday-Thursday 5:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. This gives the employees who work this shift the oppurtunity to have a three day weekend every weekend!
Weekend Shift
Our weekend shift currently runs only one shift Friday-Sunday 6am - 6pm. These employees are paid a 30% premium over those employees who work the normal weekday shift. The real advantage to employees working this shift is the oppurtunity to save on childcare costs by staying at home with the kids during the week while their spouse is at work, or even continue their education. Either way we feel this shift has given our employees more options making Wrayco a great place for them to work.
