Wrayco strives to be an employer of choice in Northeast Ohio because we realize that without a worldclass workforce we cannot be a worldclass manufacturer.  We offer our employees a variety of options when it comes to shifts, healthcare benefits, and of course a competitive wage.  Below we have outlines of some of our different shifts and benefits we offer to our employees.

Pay

We realize pay is the most visible portion of an employee's compensation package.  Wrayco's pay structure is designed to attract, retain, and motivate the best employees in the area that can help us maintain our status as a world-class fabricator. 

Vacation

Below we've outlined our vacation policy:

Retirement

Wrayco offers all it's employees the opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan that allows you to save money on a pre-tax basis and allows you to choose how to invest your savings in several different funds.  Wrayco also matches 30% of employee contributions on up to 6% of their weekly paycheck.  So if an employee made $900 pre-tax in a week and elected to contibute 6% ($54) of his or her paycheck every week Wrayco would contribute $16.20 to that employees account.  So you are making a 30% return on your money every week!

Extensive Healthcare Coverage

Wrayco offers it's employees a variety of options when it comes to healthcare coverage.  Employees can choose to contribute to a Health Savings Account which allows employees to contribute pre-tax money to a savings account to pay for medical expenses. Employees can also choose a more traditional healthcare coverage.  Our carrier offers comprehensive and affordable coverage through a network of physicians, hospitals, and other providers for our employees and their families.

Shifts

At Wrayco we understand that many of today's families are dual income and childcare is a major expense for any family regardless of income.  With that in mind we have designed our shifts to give our employees flexibility in their work schedule and perhaps an opportunity to save on child care costs by offering all hourly positions a 4 day work week.
