Wrayco offers all it's employees the opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan that allows you to save money on a pre-tax basis and allows you to choose how to invest your savings in several different funds.
Extensive Healthcare Coverage
Wrayco offers it's employees a variety of options when it comes to healthcare coverage. Employees can choose to contribute to a Health Savings Account which allows employees to contribute pre-tax money to a savings account to pay for medical expenses. Our carrier offers comprehensive and affordable coverage through a network of physicians, hospitals, and other providers for our employees and their families.
Shifts
At Wrayco we understand that many of today's families are dual income and childcare is a major expense for any family regardless of income. With that in mind we have designed our shifts to give our employees flexibility in their work schedule and perhaps an opportunity to save on child care costs by offering all hourly positions a 5 day work week.
