The executive Management team at Wrayco Industries is made up of four key players: Gary Gibb (President), Mike Gibb (VP of Manufacturing), Brian Gibb (VP of Business Operations), and John Davis (CFO). This team has over 50 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry. We are proud and confident in the abilities of all our leaders and have provided a breif bio of all four of them below.
Let's start at the top with Gary Gibb (Pictured on the right), Wrayco's President. Gary founded the company in 1980 with his in-laws Roberta and Willard Wray, and has been a driver of rapid growth and great success the company has realized over the years. Gary continues to be very involved in all aspects of business at Wrayco, from the daily operations on the floor all the way to closing deals with our customers. His dedication to Wrayco's success is unmatched and the mutual respect he has for his employees is a big reason why Wrayco is where it is today.
Next is Mike Gibb (Pictured on the left) our VP of Manufacturing. Mike came to Wrayco in 2004 after receiving an enginnering degree in Industrial Systems from Ohio University. Mike's focus is manufacturing, supervising all aspects from implementing new processes to purchasing new equipment. Perhaps Mike's greatest contribution to Wrayco is introducing lean principles to Wrayco's shop floor, which has allowed Wrayco to stay competitive in today's global market.
Brian Gibb (Pictured in the middle) is our VP of Business Operations. He joined Wrayco in 2006 after completing his MBA at CWRU's Weatherhead School of Management. Brian's responsibilities fall in the front office operations from sales to HR. He has been highly involved in the development of a Department of Continuous Improvement, and hopes to make similar contributions to that of his brother's on the front office side of the business.
The last member of our team is John Davis. John joined the Wrayco team in 2006 as our new CFO, and has been instrumental in helping Wrayco secure loans to fund our expansion. John has had a lot of experience in the manufacturing industry, including a stint as President of JRB a coupler manufacturer for heavy construction equipment. The addition of John has helped Wrayco to gain better understanding of the financial side of the business, allowing us to be much more efficent and profitable.
