• Line capable of painting a 6'x6'x14' cube that weighs up to 4,000 lbs
• 2 Paint Booths (1 Nordson Colormax reclaim booth;1 Nordson Spray to Waste)
• Spray to waste booth capable of 30 second color change
• Paint Line occupies 40,000 sq. ft.
• 7 stage pretreatment
• Power and free conveyor
• 3 Ovens
• Application room is air conditioned and has it's own environmental room to protect parts from contamination
• Paint line is also protected from shop floor contamination by an environmental wall
